How can I off Auto backup?

Though this is not advisable to turn off Auto Backup.
To disable auto backup Click on Setup present in top of toolbar>Configuration>then click on Backup Setting
On top left corner you can see the ‘Auto Backup’ click on the that then all other auto backup option automatically gets disable and auto backup also get disable
