Delete your account
Request deletion of your Innoventry - Billing & Stock account and the data associated with it. Innoventry Software Pvt Ltd will complete your request within 30 days.
How to request deletion
- 1Fill in the form below with your name and the mobile number registered with your Innoventry account.
- 2Our support team will verify that the request came from the account owner, usually with a call to the registered number.
- 3We delete your account and its associated data within 30 days of receiving the request, and let you know once it's done.
What data is deleted
- Your account profile: name, mobile number, email address and login credentials
If you use the online edition
Your business data is stored on our servers, so the following is also deleted:
- Company profiles, customers, suppliers, items and stock records you created in the app
- Invoices, bills, payments and other transactions stored on our servers
- App usage and device information linked to your account
If you use the offline edition
Your business data is stored only on your own computer, and we don't have any of it on our servers. Uninstalling the software and deleting its data folder removes it from your device.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please export any invoices or reports you need to keep before submitting your request.
