Is it really free? Do I need a card?
Yes. The 1-year Personal Edition (Offline) license, normally ₹3,000/year (₹3,540 incl. 18% GST), costs you nothing. We don't ask for card or payment details.
What happens after 12 months?
Nothing is charged automatically. If you'd like to keep using Innoventry, renew at the regular Personal Edition price or pick any other plan. Your data stays on your own computer either way.
Which documents are accepted?
Any official document that shows your business name, you as owner/partner/director, and the start or registration date: a registration or incorporation certificate, GST/VAT/tax registration, trade or shop & establishment licence, or partnership deed. PDF, JPG or PNG up to 5 MB.
My business isn't in India. Can I still apply?
Yes. The offer is open worldwide. Upload whatever registration document your country issues. If it's not in English, add a short note in the form describing it.
Is it the online or offline edition?
The offer covers the Personal Edition of the Offline Windows desktop software (Windows 10/11). Your data is stored on your own PC, with automatic local and Google Drive backups.
Is my document safe?
Your document is used only to verify eligibility for this offer. It's stored securely, isn't shared with anyone, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Can I upgrade to Standard or Premium during the free year?
Yes. Contact our team at any time and we'll help you move to a higher edition.
